Sarah is the creator & owner of Untangled Escapes Travel. Outside of the travel agency, she is a busy wife & mom of four active kids and can often be found driving kids around, on the soccer side-lines or in the stands of a basketball court. Sarah loves to travel, read, and take naps. Her passion for travel started with Disney vacations, but has expanded to a deep love of cruising and exploring new destinations. Sarah & her family are on a mission to visit all 50 US States & as many Disney theme parks as they can. Sarah has a love of planning and feels like there is nothing better than creating the perfect vacation with a client. Sarah has strived to create a community of travel agents who have main goal of “travel planning made simple.” Outside of planning memorable vacations, Sarah also has a passion for helping new travel agents start their business in travel.
What destinations do you specialize in?
I honestly love to plan just about any destination, but the majority of the vacations I help families plan are for Disney Destinations, Universal Studios, Cruises, and Caribbean Destinations. I have so much fun planning bucket list trips for clients - like amazing honeymoons, Hawaiian vacations, Alaskan Cruises, and anniversary trips. And multi-generation families are my specialty.
Where is your favorite place that you’ve traveled?
In Summer 2022, we took a big family vacation to California as part of our mission to visit all 50 states! We started in Disneyland, then ventured to LA & Sunset Beach, and spent the majority of our vacation exploring the National Parks in CA. We visited Joshua Tree National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park, but Yosemite was probably my favorite and definitely some place I can’t wait to return.
What is on your travel bucket list?
Gosh, so many amazing destinations. We are in the process of planning Hawaii, so even though it’s still a bucket list item, it’s one we get to cross off soon! I’d love to spend more time exploring Europe - specifically Italy & Greece.
